06.04 – Introducing Admetec

6.4 Introducing Admetec

Overview

After understanding the clinician’s needs, the next step is to introduce Admetec and position the value of the solution.

This introduction should be clear, relevant, and concise. The goal is not to present every detail, but to help the clinician understand why Admetec is different and why it is worth considering.

Positioning the Brand

Admetec should be presented as a company focused on innovation, precision optics, and clinician-centered design.

Depending on the market, it can also be relevant to highlight that Admetec is an Israeli company, known for strong innovation and technology.

Key positioning points include:

  • a highly innovative company that has introduced multiple industry-first solutions
  • fully customized, handcrafted products
  • strong focus on ergonomics and long-term clinician health

Innovation Leadership

One of Admetec’s strongest differentiators is its history of innovation.

The company has introduced several key developments in the dental loupe industry, including:

  • one of the first LED headlights designed specifically for dentistry
  • ergonomic (Ergo) loupes that improve posture
  • Ergo V – loupes with adjustable magnification
  • Flamingo – a camera system that captures from the clinician’s exact point of view

These innovations demonstrate a consistent focus on improving how clinicians work, not just incremental product changes.

Manufacturing & Quality

Unlike many manufacturers that rely on OEM production, Admetec manages the entire process:

  • research and development
  • design and engineering
  • production and assembly

All of this is done in Israel, allowing for:

  • strict quality control
  • faster iteration based on clinician feedback
  • continuous product improvement
  • This approach ensures that products are not only high quality, but also constantly evolving based on real clinical needs.

After-Sales Support

After-sales support is a critical part of the Admetec offering and an important point to emphasize.

Key advantages include:

  • comprehensive warranty (2 years for loupes and lights, 1 year for batteries)
  • coverage that includes almost all issues without unnecessary complications
  • short lead times for production and delivery
  • fast repair turnaround times

In many markets, repairs can already be handled locally, and there is an ongoing effort to expand local service capabilities further.

In addition, if adjustments are required after delivery — for example, related to pupil distance (PD) or working distance (WD) — Admetec will remake the loupes to ensure a proper fit.

The priority is that the clinician is able to use the product comfortably and benefit from it in their daily work, rather than focusing on limitations or restrictions.

Keeping It Relevant

The introduction should always be adapted to the clinician.

Focus on what matters most to them:

  • ergonomics → emphasize posture and long-term health
  • precision → emphasize optics and clarity
  • reliability → emphasize service and support

Avoid presenting all points at once. Select the most relevant aspects based on the earlier conversation.

Transition to Demonstration

The introduction should naturally lead into the demonstration.

Once the clinician understands the key value of Admetec, the representative should move quickly into:

  • showing the loupes
  • allowing the clinician to experience magnification

At this stage, it is more effective to let the clinician see and feel the difference, rather than continue explaining.
