Overview
Every pair of Admetec loupes is handcrafted and custom-built for one specific user. The process combines optical engineering, ergonomic design, and strict quality control to ensure the clinician receives a loupe that fits perfectly and performs with precision.

Measurements & Personalization

Pupil Distance (PD): Measured individually for each eye.
Working Distance (WD): Based on the clinician’s natural posture and primary procedures.
Prescription Requirements: Internal and external corrections determined according to the user’s vision needs.
Frame Selection: Size and model chosen for comfort, fit, and aesthetics.
Accurate measurements form the foundation of optical alignment and correct ergonomic posture.

Optical Components
Admetec uses premium, high-quality optical glass from FUJITOK©.
Each lens undergoes:

Precision shaping and grinding
Multi-layer coating
Anti-reflective treatment
Clarity and distortion inspection
These components ensure a bright, sharp, and color-true clinical image.

Optical Assembly
Depending on the loupe type, different optical systems are constructed:

Galilean: Lightweight system with two lenses
Prismatic (Keplerian): Four-lens system with prisms for higher magnification
Ergo/Refractive: Optical redirection that supports upright posture
Every optical barrel is assembled by hand and calibrated for accuracy, clarity, and stability.

Custom Frame Drilling
The frame is measured and drilled with micrometer precision to match the clinician’s unique PD, WD, and required angle.
This step ensures the oculars sit perfectly aligned with the user’s eyes, optimizing posture and visual clarity.

Mounting & Alignment
Optical barrels are inserted and aligned according to:

Exact PD values
Custom working distance
Ergonomic declination angle
Frame geometry
Prescription integration
Each pair is checked multiple times to guarantee comfort, clarity, and correct posture.

Prescription Integration (If Needed)
External prescription lenses can be added to the carrier lens, including:

Distance corrections
Near or intermediate corrections
Progressive or multifocal options
This ensures clear vision inside the loupes and in the surrounding environment.

Hand Finishing & Delivery
